| The short-list of finalists will appear here in August 2008. |
| The seven category winners will be determined by the final number of votes cast, coupled with the ranking as established by the judges at the judging session. |
| Should there be a tie, the Chairman of the judging panel will have the casting vote. This rigorous and transparent approach will ensure a fair and independent selection process. |

| Voting Rules
|
| Only bona-fide professionals working in the industrial marketplace are permitted to vote |
| Finalists are not permitted to vote for themselves |
| Multiple votes from one person (or excessive votes (50+) from one company) will be discounted |
| All six voting categories should be completed where possible |
| Finalists are permitted to e-canvas for votes from their clients |
| Finalists are not permitted to complete voting forms on behalf of a client |
| Finalists are not permitted to offer incentives to encourage votes |
| Votes must be received by 17h00 on Friday 24th October 2008 to be registered |
| All contact details must be completed to validate your vote |
| The organisers reserve the right to exclude any organisation without prior notice or explanation |
