Companies supporting the awards will benefit from a highly cost-effective and targeted form of promotion and visibility, prior to, during and after the event, ensuring that their organisation’s profile is raised through their headlining of this prestigious event.

Profile prior to the awards:
- Your Company Logo – Sponsors logos will be featured on all pre-event promotional items,
- The Call for Nominations
- The Event Website

- The Awards ‘Souvenir’ Brochure
- Website Coverage - Sponsors logos will be featured on each page of the dedicated awards website. A 60-word company profile will also feature on the ‘Sponsors Page’ of the site, with a reciprocal hot-link to your own company website. Further coverage of the awards will appear on the new Pump Industry ‘news feed’ – www.pumps.skoopr.com
- Editorial Coverage– Working closely with the BPMA’s own PR operation to broaden the editorial coverage for the awards across a number of key business publications, sponsors logos and company profiles will be featured within regular ‘update’ features across a number of supporting publications.
- PR – All sponsors will benefit from pre-event publicity in all of the 2012 awards press releases.
- Newsletters – There will be additional promotional opportunities to gain further coverage through a series of ‘html’ newsletters distributed throughout the marketplace.
- E-cast Specials – Opportunities to include dedicated ‘sponsor’ features within the programme of online promotions.
- Judging – A ‘technical’ representative from your organisation will be invited to take part in the judging panel, convening in December to judge all of the 2012 submissions.
At the event:
- Sponsors Reception – A private sponsors’ reception will be held prior to the main drinks reception, creating excellent networking opportunities for sponsors and their invited guests with other event sponsors, BMPA representatives, the event organisers and the invited trade press.
- Drinks Reception – Network with up to 300 industry professionals, in this relaxed, pre dinner drinks reception. Bubbly and canapés will be served.
- Company Display Booth -A small display area is available within the drinks reception/bar area for sponsors to present their own messages and branding. Power and lighting is included.
- One table of ten at the Awards Dinner - This will be provided for sponsors and their guests to enjoy the culmination of this awards programme and will include the drinks receptions, a superb 4-course meal with wine, the awards ceremony itself and some excellent after-dinner entertainment. Additional tables will be available for sponsors to entertain their key clients at discounted rates.
- Audio-Visual Presentation- A dramatic stage set will be designed, employing the latest video effects and theatrical lighting. To create maximum exposure for your company, your logo will appear:
- As part of an energetic, digitally produced opening sequence, cut to music, with selected product shots included.
- As part of a rolling sequence projecting a mix of sponsor logos and digitally produced images, throughout the dinner.
- During the opening sequence to the awards ceremony itself, again with energetic music, 3D-images and pyrotechnics.
- During the announcement of their particular award category, with live camera links of your company representative handing the award to the eventual winner
- Presentation of the Award – A representative from each sponsor will be invited to present the award to their category winner. Company logos will appear on the video screen during the presentation, and photographs will be taken with the winner, for use in the post-show PR.
- Award Trophy and Certificates - Each trophy will be engraved with its sponsors name and each finalist from within their category will receive a framed certificate, again featuring the sponsor’s logo.
- Award Brochure – Sponsors logos will be featured alongside their company profile within the awards ‘souvenir’ brochure. A small company advertisement containing full contact details will also be featured in a prominent position. This will be presented to all attendees at the dinner and will be distributed to the wider industry press, post-show, along with full information regarding the winners.
After the event:
- Digital Photography – Images of sponsor’s representative presenting the award to their category winner will be provided electronically. This photography will also be distributed to the winners for their own promo purposes, to all media partners for post-show publicity and will be used in future awards publicity.
- Post Awards PR – All sponsors will be publicised in the post-awards news releases, giving details of the evenings proceedings and the winners.
- Awards Website– Sponsors logo and profile will remain on the awards website until the end of 2011, with traffic being drawn to site predominantly via our media partners and the award winners. Photography of the award presentation will also be housed on the site for a 12-month period.
- Database – An electronic database of attendees, including full contact details where given, will be provided to all sponsors after the event.
