Rising Star Award
Recognising an individual who has demonstrated exceptional potential, achievement and commitment early in their career within the pump industry.
SPONSOR

Innomotics is proud to sponsor this year's Rising Star Award. Bringing new talent into the pump industry and keeping young employees motivated to stay there is a major challenge for all. Without the support and incentive to grow, there will be no technical innovations of products or projects. Today’s rising stars will be at the heart of our industry's contributions of the future and form the core talent of the pump and pumping systems sector of tomorrow. The Innomotics team is therefore looking forward to acknowledging and celebrating the industry's rising stars at the Pump Industry Awards.

judging process
Our awards judging panel, comprising independent industry specialists and representatives from sponsoring organisations, will convene once the nominations period has closed.
Each nomination will be independently assessed using a comprehensive scoring framework. Judges will award each nomination a maximum of 55 points. To ensure a fair and impartial process, any judge representing a sponsoring organisation will abstain from assessing entries submitted by their own organisation. Based on the judges' scores, the highest-scoring entries in each category will be selected as finalists.
All finalists will be promoted through the editorial channels of our media partners, as well as a range of additional online and social media channels. Readers will be invited to review the shortlisted entries and cast their votes online via the awards website.
The overall category winners will be determined using a combined scoring model comprising 75% judges' scores and 25% public voting results. To ensure consistency, both judges' scores and public voting results will be proportionately converted to a score out of 100 before being combined.
In the event of a tie in the combined score, the finalist with the highest judges' score will be declared the winner. This process ensures that both industry expertise and public opinion contribute to a fair, transparent and meaningful outcome.
