The programme funds ten PhD research projects over five years, alongside internships, apprenticeships, and leadership initiatives. Combining academic collaboration with hands-on mentoring, it accelerates sealing technology innovation for hydrogen storage and low-carbon applications, while building a sustainable talent pipeline. This integrated approach equips future engineers with technical expertise and leadership skills to support both the energy transition and existing process applications.
