The John Crane DISCOVER Graduate Engineers Program offers a 24- to 30-month comprehensive program comprising three development phases. Each phase integrates technical and leadership skills training with practical field engineering exposure. Participants may undertake short-term assignments in design/application, manufacturing, research and development, and other technical areas. The program emphasizes technical training and field experience to equip engineers with the expertise to tackle diverse engineering challenges.
